A glimpse of the RE:SHAPE event

We’re excited to celebrate our new milestone in Australia by bringing you an unforgettable experience with our first-ever pop-up store. Showcasing one of the most unique and captivating offerings, this event promises to be truly special.

Our inaugural Australian project, a collaboration between Charles & Keith and acclaimed sculptor Nabilah Nordin, merges fashion and art in a groundbreaking way. Every detail, from eco-conscious materials to ethical production, reflects our commitment to sustainability.

With a focus on architectural design, spatial planning, and visual merchandising, we aim to elevate your experience while inspiring a more sustainable future.

RE:SHAPE EVENT

In our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are crafting an engaging, interactive experience for our event attendees. We will feature a sculpture display showcasing Nabilah Nordin's artwork, adorned with leftover fabrics sourced from previous productions. These fabrics, carefully prepared at our Pop-Up Store, will be readily available for visitors to embellish the sculptures at their leisure during the event. We hope this hands-on approach will deepen attendees' connection to the art and inspire them to think more critically about the importance of sustainability in their own lives. Additionally, this initiative serves as a vivid reminder of the endless possibilities for reusing materials in innovative and artistic ways, encouraging a more thoughtful approach to consumption and waste.

Moreover, these hands-on activities are designed to leave a lasting impact beyond the event itself. They encourage ongoing reflection on the ways individuals can contribute to sustainability in their everyday lives. The sense of accomplishment and ownership that comes from creating something beautiful and functional—be it a piece of art or a resin keychain—can inspire continued engagement with sustainable practices. Ultimately, our goal is to transform this event from a mere gathering into a meaningful experience that resonates with attendees long after they depart, driving them to think more critically about the role they play in the global effort to promote sustainability.

Hand-on experience—Unleash your inner artist

The Re:Style service was launched to minimise our impact on the planet by prolonging the lifespan of clothing. Embracing a sustainable ethos, we encourage mindful shopping practices, reject the culture of disposable fashion, and stand firmly for sustainability. Customers can touch and feel the installations around the store and connect their senses to the materiality of the new limited collection. This play on feeling and touch greatly reflects Nabilah Nordin’s artworks, as exploring the use of materials, shapes, and silhouettes is her way of translating her words and emotions through art.

In addition, customers are invited to bring their gently worn bags or shoes to resell during the pop-up to contribute to our Re:Style segment. After selling, these items will undergo a transformative process, where they will be repurposed into new items with fresh styles and functions. By participating in our Re:Style initiative, customers become active contributors to the circular economy, driving positive change in the fashion landscape one item at a time.
