The strategic use of clean lines and spacious layouts further enhances the store’s ambience.
After enjoying captivating experiences on the first floor, head up to the second floor to explore our latest product lines from our brand, showcased with a unique visual merchandise design that will leave you a lasting impression. Here, you will find our latest collection featuring footwear, bags, wallets, and accessories, all elegantly showcased with sculpture-inspired decor and furnishings throughout the retail space. We prioritise employing multi-layered interiors to showcase our products, allowing ample space for customers to navigate freely while trying out our offerings and upholding the brand's aesthetics. The inclusion of sizeable wall-mounted standing mirrors not only enhances the spatial depth within the store but also facilitates customers in assessing their overall appearance as they coordinate outfits before making a purchase. In addition to the chairs in the fitting area, we have strategically positioned extra seating in the relaxation area, providing a comfortable space for customers, including those with special needs. Furthermore, this space functions as a platform for presenting and retailing our brand's products and seamlessly integrates visual art. By showcasing new products alongside sculptures by Nabilah Nordin on display platforms, we create a harmonious blend of fashion and artistic expression.
When you visit our Pop-Up store, you will be captivated by the entire ambience, featuring our stunning sculptures and product displays, especially the main sculpture display, which you can be an artist, decorating by covering our leftover fabrics after production and admire our bags that will be carried on. Additionally, explore our "mini-exhibition" at the heart of the store, where you can delve into our creative process. Through video displays and physical products, discover how we integrate sculpture into fashion and transform items from Re(Style) service into innovative new designs with enhanced functionality. If you are curious by our process of collecting and recycling preloved Charles & Keith products, we welcome you to explore the rear section of the store. Here, you will find two dedicated counters for our Re(Style) service, where our team is on hand to interact with you and provide valuable insights into our services and processes. Above all, prioritising the customer experience, we eagerly anticipate receiving opinions and feedback from you and other visitors to the event. To facilitate interaction, we strategically place an interactive counter next to the relaxation area. Feel free to unwind on our sculpture-inspired sofa and take a moment to share your thoughts and comments at the adjacent interactive counter.
Transforming sculpture to architecture
Nabilah Nordin’s sculptures are an inspiration in conceptualising and architecturally designing our first pop-up store in Australia. Her works are mainly created by improvisation, but they all have their own story and language. We wanted to incorporate this meaningful and inspiring sculptural creative process into architecture to convey the idea of an ideal collaboration between fashion and sculpture and act as powerful symbols of the connection between the arts of Singapore and Australia, elevating the shopping experience to new heights of creativity and innovation and offering customers an immersive journey.
Our intention is to showcase and introduce our collaboration with Nabilah Nordin by integrating the artist’s sculptures into our spatial design and visual merchandise. This involves developing and adapting our environment, incorporating the sculptures as integral furniture and decoration elements. By seamlessly blending the sculptures into our spatial design, we aim to evoke a sense of artistic cohesion and elevate the overall ambience of our store. This innovative approach not only highlights the unique artistic vision and craftsmanship of Nabilah Nordin but also adds a distinctive touch to our Pop-Up store space, creating an immersive and captivating experience for our customers.
